We are massive fans of this release. I think people will hear parquet courts and obviously Velvet underground this underground Velvets that but there's a deep respect for reference in this record and it's so much fun and deeper than what you initially hear.
Instead of us waxing lyrical about it, give it a listen and watch out for any sophomore effort from Sunday Mourners as this debut reeks of an album that's gonna have a genre defining follow up, I'd bet my picking hand on it.
